OUR MISSION

With a goal to make cardio fitness more accessible for mums, we have opened our studio at a convenient location in Seven Hills. With our studio now based at one location, we aim to provide a better structured fitness regime for busy mums (like myself) who want to start or continue their fitness journey with BollyFit and dance. Our goal is to make BFN Studio a place that is welcoming, friendly and help you be the fittest version of yourself.

FAQs

  • BollyFit Cardio is a 50 minute moderate to high intensity dance cardio session on peppy & upbeat Bollywood songs. We start with a full body warm up, followed by 30 minutes of Dance aerobics exercises and culminate the session with stretching to cool down. We also incorporate some targeted aerobic exercises for different muscle group during the session. The aim of this class is to get your heart rate pumping.

    Bhangra Class is a beginner level dance lesson on Punjabi music.

    BollyLearn is beginner level dance lesson on trending Bollywood music.

    Toning & Conditioning class is more exercise focused class which is designed for all fitness levels. Includes light weight, body weight & core exercises.

    Yoga is beginner and intermediate level class including heath, vinyasa, Yin & Kriya Yoga .

  • Our BollyFit Cardio classes are for women only (Age 10 & Above).

    Our Bhangra, BollyLearn & Yoga classes are open for men, women & Kids.

    Toning & Conditioning is for women only.

    Kids class age category is defined on booking page.

    People of all fitness levels can join (you slowly build up your fitness with regular classes).

  • You can book your class by navigating to the Book A Class page. Depending on which type of class you want to book, select the class type and click ‘Book’. Select the dates from the date picker and proceed to payment once you’re satisfied with the dates that you have selected.

  • Make sure you are dressed appropriately in comfortable clothes and sport shoes. Bring your water bottle and towel for the class. Yoga mats are also highly recommended for the cool down in fitness classes.

  • If you’re a beginner, you might feel a little overwhelmed in your first class, which is totally normal. When you start attending classes regularly, the choreography 7 exercises will start easing out. Sometimes it takes a couple of classes to get in sync with the instructor’s style and pace.

    Just remember, you’re there to have fun and be fit. Enjoy the music and get the cardio & strength training your body needs. Be a free spirit, no one is judging :)

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow any cancellations or refunds for missed classes. However, if you are no longer able to attend, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the class.

  • Depending on the type of pass that you have purchased, passes allow you to pay for the classes upfront. They also give you a flexibility to book for classes over a period of time. For example, if you purchase a Dance 4 class pass, you can attend 4 dance classes over a period of 4 weeks.

    A code will be sent to the email address you have provided will purchasing the pass. Use this code to schedule your class.

    NOTE: Passes have an expiry date and do not guarantee your spot to the classes. You will be required to book your spot for the day you wish to attend.

  • No. You can book single or multiple spots via the booking system. You can choose as per your convenience.
