RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do NOT offer any “Refunds, Transfers or Adjustments” to our services, once the class is booked. Missed classes are void.

This means, once you book a class or buy a pass, we can NOT process any refunds incase you miss it or are unable to join that particular session. The tickets cannot be transferred to another individual, neither can the date be adjusted to another date or time. You ticket is valid for a particular date only (as mentioned in the booking description).

If the class is cancelled from our end, we will process a full refund within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy for Private sessions:

In an event of cancellation requested by the client 24 hours (or less) prior to the class, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. In an event of cancellation requested by the client 48 hours (or less) prior to the class, a $10 cancellation fees will apply.

In an event of cancellation from our end, full booking amount will be refunded.

All refunds will be made to the card used to make the payment.


COVID-19 RELATED REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS

If you have tested positive of Covid-19, we advise that you follow NSW State & Federal government guildlines, which as of 26th June 2023 are as - “ While isolation is no longer a legal requirement, if you test positive for COVID-19, staying at home protects the people in your community.” click here

Please note, a copy of the PCR test needs to be provided BEFORE the start of the class, for your booking to be adjusted. No refunds can be issued. You can only reschedule your class once.
